Working with Tables
Many web designers use tables to help them lay out their pages. Tables allow you to align text and images next to each other by placing each item into a separate "cell," which, like in a spreadsheet, is the junction point between a row and a column. Tables in FrontPage work similarly to tables in other web design programs, such as Dreamweaver.
To insert a table:
1. Place your cursor in the document at the point where you want a table to appear, then click the Table menu, drag down to Insert, and select Table. (NOTE: Once the table is inserted, you may return to this menu to alter its settings.)

2. The Insert Table window will appear. Here you may select the number of rows and columns your table will have, the size of the borders, the alignment and size of the table on your page, the spacing and padding between your cells, and the table's colors.
NOTE: You can changed the Border size to 0 if you wish the table to have no lines when it is viewed in a web browser.

3. Our example below shows a 2x2 table with 1 point of padding, 2 points of spacing, and a span of 100% of the width of the window. Images and text have been arranged in this table as well. It is highly recommended that you experiment with tables as design and layout tools that can increase the visual quality of your pages.
