The Diversity Center is a highly visible space where students find a wealth of resources embracing and celebrating diversity.  It also houses instructional resources to support educators’ efforts to promote multicultural education.  Some of the other highlights that the Diversity Center has to offer are:

• The Diversity Mentoring Program

• A gathering place for diversity forums and a diversity advocacy series

• Special events, and celebration of diverse holidays

• A study area and place for relaxation and informal social interaction

• An environment that causes marginalized populations to feel welcome on campus and models acceptance to students associated with majority culture
